“I don’t feel like doing anything.”

But, I guess, I felt like writing this silly little script.

I’ve spent most of the winter on autopilot and being “self-aware” about my anxiety and depression. I told myself that I was practicing self-care, but really I was giving myself an excuse to do a whole lot of nothing and just wallow in it— exasperating the anxiety and depression, with an added layer of guilt.

I’m truly feeling better with the spring weather, and after a productive Earth Day weekend, I realize that the more things I do, the better I feel— yet, I still struggle with not “feeling” like doing anything.
