NSV Tracking & Fitness Test, April 2018

It can be tough to remember, but weight is only a small part of the health & fitness equation. It’s easier to obsess over the scale, though my overarching goal is to be healthy (that is, making the best nutritional choices I can) and fit (that is, staying active to keep/improve my mobility and flexibility, as well as strengthening my heart).

As I continue on my journey towards health and wellness, I’ll be posting these measurements and test scores from time to time to help me visualize my progress outside of the scale’s number. I am also taking photographs, but admittedly, I am still too self-conscious and don’t see enough progress to feel comfortable posting them online (yet).
